Important Information about ACH Debit & Electronic Communication Consent

By entering your checking account information and then clicking Agree as Your electronic signature, you authorize Texas Precious Metals LLC and/or its agents and your financial institution to debit the checking account for the total order amount for any orders where ACH is your selected payment method. You certify you are the checking account owner. Account holders on a monthly plan, such as clients of Texas Precious Metals Depository (TPMD), will be charged the amount of the monthly plan plus the cost of any monthly recurring Add-Ons or other monthly charges to the account and any applicable fees, minus any existing balance on the account, any discounts applicable to the plan, and any promotional credits or other offers.

Account holders on a monthly plan will be notified five (5) days in advance of your due date of the amount that will be debited from your checking account that month.

This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it. You may cancel the auto-debit feature at any time by logging into the appropriate account at www.texasdepository.com, or by calling our offices at 361-594-3624.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT (CONSENT): By clicking Agree as Your electronic signature, You consent to receive notices as to your next payment amount and the upcoming date the funds will be withdrawn/charged and other disclosures and communications (collectively, Communications) from Texas Precious Metals LLC in electronic form. In order to receive Communications electronically, you must have an email account on file. You can withdraw Your consent at any time by calling or writing us at the telephone number or address above; however, please note that withdrawing Your consent will result in Your account being deactivated for ACH auto-debit.
